Growing up, my cousin Michelle always had a camera in her hand. I became so used to seeing her film and edit every family event and outing that the camera itself felt like part of our family adventures.

 

Now, years later, we watch those videos together and laugh. Without Michelle, I wouldn't be able to look back so vividly on my childhood with my loved ones. She made sure we had a way to reconnect with old memories — memories that might have otherwise faded.

Inspired by her, I decided I wanted to do the same. I began vlogging bits and pieces of my college experience so my family, friends and I could look back and reminisce one day.

​

Over time, I fell in love with the entire process — the planning, filming, editing and, of course, sharing it all.
